Houd ze warm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"nl\">Terwijl de tomaten koken, kook de pasta in een ruime hoeveelheid water tot ze beetgaar zijn. Giet de pasta af, bewaar 115 ml (1 \/ 2 kopje) kookvocht.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"nl\">Doe 15 ml (1 eetlepel) olijfolie in een grote pan. Fruit de knoflook voor een paar minuten tot ze gaar zijn. Voeg pasta en het bewaarde kookvocht samen en kook voor \u00e9\u00e9n minuut. Zet het vuur af, als het meeste van het water is verdampt. Voeg de resterende olijfolie, basilicum, zout en peper toe. Meng goed en serveer onmiddellijk.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en\"><strong>Pasta with roasted stem tomatoes, garlic scapes and bush basil.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en\">Ingredients<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en\">* 500 gr (18 oz) orecchiette pasta<br \/>\n* 20 small vine tomatoes, left on the stem<br \/>\n* 115 ml (1\/2 cup) garlic scapes, chopped<br \/>\n* 50 ml (1\/4 cup) fresh bush basil leaves<br \/>\n* 50 ml (1\/4 cup) very good Extra Virgin olive oil<br \/>\n* salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en\">Preheat oven to 200 \u00b0C (400 \u00b0F).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en\">Put the cleaned tomatoes, still attached to the vine, on a baking sheet and roast in the over until done, about 20-30 minutes. Keep warm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en\">While the tomatoes are cooking, boil pasta in plenty of water until al dente. Drain, reserving 115 ml (1\/2 cup) of cooking water.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en\">In a large skillet, heat up 15 ml (1 tbsp) olive oil. Saut\u00e9 the garlic scapes for a few minutes until tender. Add pasta and reserved water and cook for a minute. Turn off heat when most of the water is evaporated. Add remaining olive oil, basil, salt and pepper.
